  • Be the contracting client or an authorized representative.
  • Have an active agreement or statement of work (SOW) with E PROMO LLC.
  • Submit your request within 14 days of the issue arising.
  • Provide clear details about the concern, including relevant dates, deliverables, and any supporting documentation.

2. How to Request a Refund

Certain services and fees are non‑refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Completed strategy calls, discovery sessions, or advisory calls.
  • Work that has already been delivered or accepted under an SOW.
  • Third‑party fees such as cloud provider charges, software licenses, or security tools.
  • Rush or expedited service fees.

Where possible, we will work with you to adjust scope, timelines, or deliverables instead of issuing a refund.
